Our six step process

01/ Operational Insight

This is the “let’s meet the team and understand the operational challenge” phase.

This phase is crucial to ensure the solutions developed are grounded in reality and specifically designed to address and solve the problem at hand.

This is the phase in which we challenge the status quo and develop numerous potential solutions across the technology and complexity spectrum.

No concept design is too far-fetched, but each solution developed will be weighed up against the requirements and boundaries defined in the first phase.

The goal of this phase is to continue the development of the shortlisted conceptual designs.

Using the requirements and boundaries agreed to in Phase 1, along with the desired operational strategy developed in Phase 2, the various concept designs are scrutinized and shortlisted for further development.

02/ Conceptual Design
03/ Detail Design
04/ Construction

Our goal in this phase is to guide the professional team in the required alterations to existing infrastructure or the development of a new facility to ensure the solution developed in Phase 3 is supported by the surrounding infrastructure, not limited by it.

In this phase, we delve deeper into the integration of different technologies and equipment that make up the designed solution.

We have an open book policy with our clients, our solutions are operationally focused and supplier-agnostic. We aim to assist our clients in the appointment of suppliers that can best integrate and support the designed solution.

In this phase, we put the puzzle together. Although there is a picture of the puzzle, numerous role players need to place their respective pieces, from equipment suppliers, the professional team, contractors, software integrators, and client operations.

We offer to act as the client’s eyes and ears, instructing the different role players to place their puzzle pieces in the correct location and in the correct sequence.

05/ Equipment Procurement
06/ Enablement

Relog lent invaluable knowledge from their vast experience in logistics and e-commerce to our incubator project in both a consultation and implementation capacity. Not only did they go above and beyond what was required for this project, but their attention to detail and personability made working with Relog a standout for me amongst the various service providers and professionals we dealt with during the project duration.
